When was the last time you saw a female police officer on the beat?

In Gloucestershire, only around a third of police officers are women and this could impact on the constabulary's ability to connect with female victims of crime, especially regarding incidents of sexual assault.

Our reporter, Megan Griffiths, spoke to Sergeant Jacqui Weller to find out about her experience as a serving female police officer.
